Neither option makes rehabilitation optional. If pain is referred from the neck or joint, if the tendon is completely ruptured, or if load has never been managed appropriately, an injection comparison misses the main problem.

NanoATi and PRP questions

Is NanoATi the same as PRP?

No. PRP is a platelet-rich blood preparation. NanoATi is a wider combined protocol in which a blood-derived signal is one part of a tissue-specific pathway.

Does more biology mean a better result?

Not automatically. Added components require a credible indication and add complexity and cost. The simplest justified pathway may be preferable.

Do both treatments need physiotherapy?

Yes. Tendon capacity is rebuilt through progressive load. An injection does not remove that requirement.

Can either treat a complete rupture?
